Joe’s Fine Wine and Spirits is committed to customer satisfaction.
Damaged items may be returned within 7 business days of purchasing. If you suspect a bottle is bad, recork the bottle leaving the wine inside as we cannot accept any returns of empty bottles or products that are not in original packaging. Bring your return to the store with its original receipt to receive a replacement or refund. We reserve the right to refuse to issue refunds upon inspection of item(s).
If the product you are returning is no longer in stock, a member of our team will be happy to introduce you to a comparable product*.

Keg and Tap deposits are charged at the time of purchase and refunded once said items are returned to the store with their original receipt.
